THARKA CHICKEN SAAG... Serves 2-3 as part of a meal

  • 375g chicken
  • 1 Tharka Cook-In Sauce
  • 80g Sarson Ka Saag
  • Add Tharka Cook-In Sauce and chicken to heavy based pan
  • Simmer until chicken almost cooked
  • Add tin of Saag and cook for a further 10 mins until the chicken is cooked
  • Fab with chapatti or naan. Also use it as a filling for sandwiches with salad or add to tortilla wraps with a little mint yoghurt
