LAMB SAAG... Serves 2-3 as part of a meal

  • 375g lamb in thin strips
  • 1 Makani Cook-In Sauce
  • 80g baby spinach
  • Add Makani Cook-In Sauce and lamb strips to heavy based pan
  • Simmer until lamb almost cooked
  • Add fresh baby spinach and cook for a further 10 mins until the lamb is cooked
  • Fab with chapatti or naan. Also use it as a filling for sandwiches with salad or add to tortilla wraps with a little mint yoghurt
